Interpretation: The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

You’re Order Cancellation Rights:
Cancellation Period before dispatch: You may request to cancel your order 24 hrs before dispatch.
Order Return: You can return your purchased order within 7 days from the date of delivery of product. During this period, we are happy to accommodate cancellation/return requests and process refunds in accordance with our refund policy.
Adherence to Policy: Once the cancellation/return period within 7 days has elapsed, Sumikrafts will not entertain further cancellation/return requests for the order. We believe in adhering to our refund and return policy to maintain consistency and fairness for all customers.

Condition for Return: In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
You have to formally place your return request within 7 days from the date of delivery of product.

The Goods are unused/not tempered within the original packaging.
Returning Goods: We will arrange return shipment of the product- the cost of return will be Rs 195/-borne by you (customer/Buyer)
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly customized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your ret
